one year later

Same car, same flowers, only one year later.

Today excactly one year ago i bought this lovely orange beetle. And till this day on i still enjoy driving her around. We've went from Bemelen to Budel and all the way to Ninove. Hope to keep her a long time. Up to her 40th birthday on October 11th.

gettin' Budel ready

This morning my wife (and i) were gettin' Budel ready. That includes a big wash-up of the beetle. When i looked at the water at the end my guess is it's the first wash in a long time.

slammed campout

Well it's been some time since my last post. But that doesn't mean i havent beeb doiin nothing. A couple of weekends ago i lowered her a bit. A lowered axle and dropped spindels, both from route 53 (http://www.route-53.com/) i also used some experience from them. Thnx Robert.
I havent had the time for a photoshoot, still to come....................
Last weekend there was the anual KCM CAMP-OUT, next to "Budel" the event to be. Pics below are made overthere.
